Strategic Plan

Beginning in January 2004, the Council of the Township of Bonnechere Valley began discussions with The Delfi Group to lead development of a Strategic Plan for the municipality, covering the five-year time frame up to the year 2009. That plan is currently in effect. The purpose of the plan is to guide the Township into the future, providing a “road map” for employees, a reference document for taxpayers and community volunteers, and a decision-making template for Council.

On-line access to the plan presentation is provided below.
(originally presented on November 10, 2004)

The strategic Plan document and the appendices with links below are PDF acrobat files which may take considerable time to load on your browser.
