Freedom of Information Request Form
Information can be requested from certain government institutions including ministries in Ontario. This includes information from Ontario municipalities and other municipal public sector organizations, such as school boards, library boards and police services covered by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA)

Completed Freedom of Information Request Forms can be brought to the Township of Bonnechere Valley Municipal Office. Paper copies are available at the Municipal Office. There is a $5.00 fee to submit a Freedom of Information Request Form.
